Daddy Donkey’s Joel Henderson 

A lot of people want to make it in the food business so I got Joel Henderson in to talk about how he set up a Mexican food van in the middle of Leather Lane. The brand is cool, the food’s great and Joel got the idea after spending a year out in Mexico. He saw a gap in the market and set up with next to nothing in his pocket. I had to talk to Joel. Having walked past his burrito stand every day as a disillusioned City worker, I wanted to know just how the man making those burritos could be so happy !
